Redemption Psychiatry

Redemption Psychiatry and Mandy have been such an important part of my life the last 2 years. Mandy is compassionate, balanced and fair, really good at taking notes, and has been an invested partner in my mental health since the beginning. She's been incredibly empathetic and effective at helping me manage my ADHD, including providing easy ways to reach out to her so I don't have to call the office (who doesn't hate calling doctors offices?) and being proactive about circumventing obstacles with refills, such as financial and delivery issues. The office staff have always been wonderful, and medication management has never been an issue for me. I recommend anyone looking for psychiatric services remember that you're entering into a partnership, with both sides afforded respect and reasonable expectations. I work hard to keep appointments and communicate openly with Mandy and she's always done the same.

Being depressed and anxious is beyond miserable and Redemption Psychiatry has made both of those areas go away after dealing with its debilitating effects for at least one year and on and off depression for 10+ years. Nathan was great at helping me feel comfortable during my TMS treatments, Kamry was polite, and very sweet during the ketamine appointments, and Dr. Burton was great at answering all my questions. For me, the reason I think it works so good for me was I started feeling relief and healed after about 10 appointments was mainly because I could tell my depression was starting to lift about five days before my TMS treatment started, and this just sped it up much faster. Would I do it again? Without hesitation, I will come back if I ever needed another round to pick me back up.

I have been seeing Mandy (Amanda) Fitzgerald since 2020 and I cannot say enough about her and Redemption Psychiatry. I have been to both the Gilbert and Chandler locations and the staff at both have always been so friendly and welcoming. Mandy is an amazing woman who has always listened to my issues and needs and worked with me every step of the way to address and build a healthier life. I definitely don’t know where I’d be today without her help and support through the years. If you are struggling to find a good psychiatrist like I did, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Mandy as she is so personable and kind and will work with you through the good and the bad. (As an added bonus you may get to see Primrose (her therapy dog)!)

This office is a joke. We made an appointment 5 months ago for one of our children. The day before our appointment they called and said the doctor was sick but would still meet with us over Zoom. This morning they called and said that the doctor wouldn’t be able to meet at all. They tell us they can get us back in, in late January or February. Don’t waste your time booking something with this office.
